This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. GoTradz does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of GoTradz, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, GoTradz shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

GoTradz reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;

• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material, which is an invasion of privacy.

• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant GoTradz a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Terms of Service

1. About GoTradz

GoTradz is a trade management progressive web application designed for UK-based sole traders and small companies. The app helps you manage quotes, invoices, expenses, jobs, and VAT estimates from a single dashboard.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoTradz in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use GoTradz.

• GoTradz is intended for UK-based sole traders and individuals operating in the UK construction and trade sectors.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. GoTradz is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account details.

• Each account is limited to a maximum of one active device at any time.

4. Free Trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all GoTradz features.

• No payment details are required to start a trial.

• At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

5. Subscription & Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. GoTradz does not store your card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

• GoTradz reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect on their account.

6. Pricing

Users who subscribe can choose to pay on a Monthly basis or select to pay Annually. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the pricing may have increased and is no longer guaranteed, standard pricing at the time of re-subscription will apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GoTradz for any illegal, fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, its servers or any related systems.

• Abuse, overload or interfere with the GoTradz API or backend services.

• Upload malicious content, viruses or harmful code.

• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without written permission.

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to GoTradz.

8. Intellectual Property

• GoTradz owns the app: All code, design, branding, logos and content that form the GoTradz application are the intellectual property of GoTradz App. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

• You own your data: All trade data, customer records, invoices, quotes, expenses and media you create or upload remain your property. GoTradz does not claim ownership of your content.

9. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GoTradz, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

10. Tax Disclaimer

GoTradz provides estimates only and does NOT constitute professional tax, accounting or financial advice. VAT estimates and any other tax-related figures shown in the app are provided as guidance tools to assist with your record-keeping. They may not reflect your exact tax position.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your own tax returns and HMRC submissions.

• You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional if you are unsure about your tax obligations.

• GoTradz accepts no liability for any errors, penalties or losses arising from reliance on estimates provided by the app.

11. HMRC Integration Disclaimer

Where GoTradz facilitates submissions to HMRC (including but not limited to Self Assessment or CIS returns), please note:

• GoTradz acts as a tool to help you prepare and submit information. You are responsible for reviewing all data before submission.

• GoTradz is not responsible for how HMRC processes your submissions or for any errors, delays or rejections on HMRC’s side.

• You remain fully responsible for meeting all HMRC deadlines and obligations.

• In the event of a technical issue preventing submission, GoTradz will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but accepts no liability for missed deadlines.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GoTradz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• GoTradz does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

• GoTradz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of GoTradz shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

13. Termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account Settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

• By GoTradz: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of serious or urgent breach.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of GoTradz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GoTradz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
