Refunds Policy

Considering the digital nature of GoTradz and the fact there is a fully accessible trial period and multiple commitment levels, refunds for subscriptions are not given outside of our 30 day money back guarantee (see below).
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations such as the following:
you have changed your mind about a subscription;
you have forgotten to cancel before renewal;
you bought a subscription by mistake;
you do not have sufficient expertise to use the subscription; or
you can no longer access the subscription due to your own technical reasons.
Refunds-
GoTradz has two levels of subscription, a monthly and yearly. The monthly option is perfect if you want no long term commitment, this means you can leave us with very little notice. For this you pay a little more. The annual subscription means you are prepaying for a years service, for this commitment you are getting 12 months for the price of 10, that's a great saving. This is why we can’t refund our plans.
The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to full price subscriptions. The refund is down to the discretion of GoTradz and not an automatic right.
